2024年以“团队人才”研究员身份加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所。聚焦全固态电池关键材料研发及界面改性研究,共发表论文40余篇,其中第一作者及共同通讯作者发表论文18篇,包括Nature,Nature Energy 3 篇(1篇第一作者,1篇共同通讯作者,1篇Research Briefing),Nature Reviews Chemistry等期刊。申请中国发明专利10项(已授权5项),美国发明专利1项。万红利博士现任Science,NatureCommunication,NanoEnergy等期刊的审稿人。
